Pros

Dedicated, passionate, employees, with an exceptional work ethic, with the right sponsorship you have the ability to develop

Cons

People talk about the amount of time they work nonstop in an effort to receive a 'badge of honor,' from sr. leaders, environment lacks inclusivity (you are either in or ignored), women in leadership positions continues to decrease, many executives use the line 'I'm playing chess while others are playing checkers.'

Pros

Great people and the having this kind of experience on your resume is a plus. You often get opportuinites to make impressions on higher management from other teams/divisions.

Cons

There aren't too many that stick out which would lead me not to recommend this role.

Pros

Flexibility of working time Unlimited personal days Get to travel around the world Compensation & benefits

Cons

Generally more than a 40 hour week. Working globally, you could be up as early as 5:00 am for calls and as late as 11:00 pm at night or 1:00 in the morning. Working remotely in a global role can sometimes be exhausting as you’re generally in meeting (video calls) during core business hours and having to get work done around the calls.
