      Toxic environment and leadership, problematic culture and lack of values, silos, not competitive pay, no opportunity to grow longterm, very slow and rigid processes, lack of innovation and no diversity.

      Great people and the having this kind of experience on your resume is a plus. You often get opportuinites to make impressions on higher management from other teams/divisions.

      Cons

      There aren't too many that stick out which would lead me not to recommend this role.
