      Toxic culture with Mylan regime still around. Bullying, dismissing, excluding, withholding resources so you fail then throwing you under the bus and gaslighting your experience is the norm. HR protects bad leaders and retaliates if you report anything negative about one of the good ol’ boys.

      Cons

      Generally more than a 40 hour week. Working globally, you could be up as early as 5:00 am for calls and as late as 11:00 pm at night or 1:00 in the morning. Working remotely in a global role can sometimes be exhausting as you’re generally in meeting (video calls) during core business hours and having to get work done around the calls.
