I can't speak highly enough of this company.
- Work life balance is important, they don't apply unreasonable pressure or create deadlines that make no sense. Managers look out for their staff and actually care about how they are coping with their lives in general.
- very active HR department that arranges fun social events and works hard to maintain a great company culture
- competitive salary and support for internal mobility
- strong technology stack operating at a super high scale.

Cons
- Salary increase per year is just 50$ gross (max is 200$ but in case you are promoted from Manager to Lead)
- I had the same amount of the year bonus for the whole period of my work
- No opportunity to work remotely from any other country, you have to stay in your country and go to office on a hybrid mode
