Pros
Good work life balance. My team did not work past 17:00-18:00, work hours were flexible. As a mom, work from home was allowed and encouraged (Corona really did shift things).
Quality employees that are fun and easy to work with. Great vibes and team work in the unit I worked in. Clean communication with little politics in lower management (team leads level) which meant I could advance a lot of needed improvements.
Company invests in advancing employees on a professional level. My project was the latest technology and advanced me professionally.
