Pros
- strong sisterhood, brotherhood type environment where everyone is friends with each other outside of work. Great parties (all the time). Bagel Fridays. Management tries to communicate quarterly, but only tells you what you want to hear.
Cons
Lots of parties also means no social life outside of work. You have no time for a social life. Management is in flux right now. There's a lot of changes, and the strategy of the company is changing every other week. The company promotes from within (which is good); but sometimes promote people with no management or leadership qualities or experience. (which is bad)
