Pros
Young, energetic company with many people that are passionate about the product. Compensation is at or above market rate. Excellent benefits. Many fun events/parties. Company well funded.
Cons
Too many managers overall across the business. This results in VP's/Executives fighting for power or pandering for attention of the 2 owners rather than focusing on their duties. Because company grew rapidly there are many people that were promoted to management positions for which they are not qualified. Some managers (not all) openly treat their employees poorly with no consequence.
