Pros

The people are great to work with and the environment is also really good, quite Vibrant (excuse the punt), a lot of space and a terrace to hang around during lunch or evening shall we want to. It is getting much better than it used to be (2-3 years ago), no more hierarchy, flatter structure because they trust employees to step up and progress. I read previous reviews about “who shouts the loudest”, this definitely doesn’t feel like it applies nowadays. If you’re showing and proving you want to work toward achieving the business goals you will be rewarded for it. I have been promoted and felt it was justified without having to demand it. We also just went to Ibiza this year on a company trip for three days, all paid for, the whole European team was invited, one of the best hotels I stayed at, great team to hang around, had so much fun, and it really did not feel like going to a work conference. In a nutshell: Great people to work with Collaborative teams Beer Fridays, snacks, soft drinks. Decent amount of annual leave Ping pong table Executives – Open door policy No red tape Flexibility

Cons

Would be great to finish earlier than 6pm
