Pros

None of the buildings will pass county of state inspections. If you are used to working in up to standard buildings just run. They talk a big game, lie and never deliver.

Cons

Everything about the properties and this company. They tell you what you wanna hear then don’t attempt to deliver anything. Worst property management company I’ve worked for in 7 years. Never pays enough or on time. Won’t hire enough full time employees to legally run the apartments. Expects supervisor to do half of the maintenance across 3 different sites instead of managing or supervising anyone.

Pros

Offers solid interactive and remote training. Open access to all members of the corporate team, Complete transparency with financials and reports. Opportunities for advancement are available if you are dedicated.

Cons

Smaller company (which isn't really a bad thing) but I'd love to be able to have retreats with the corp team or a couple of company events. Again, that often comes with growth and we are on the way.
