Ability to earn as a rep if you have established accounts, Car Allowance for Top producing reps.

Cons

No career progression, Family owned business, Owners focus on just helping the family members who are selling succeed. Leads are handed to the owners' children first. Poor benefits, no 401K matching. No true leadership or forward direction. Focused on only selling hardware, business not diversed at all. No training or onboarding for new reps.
