Good teammates/sales team and good product with a functional advantage over traditional methods in the industry. Good pay with great expense account.
Cons
Managements (Eastern US) only way of motivating was by fear, from regional managers all the way through VP's. If you call them on their ways, you might as well put a target on your head. Regional manager(s) are so scared of upper management that they overlook good long term opportunities for imediate short term gain. Work life balance not there, as Victaulic is expected to be #1 in your life. Regiona Managers are not respected in the industry because of their selling methods. Many times when I told my engineers that I would have my manager with me, they would either say they were not available or ask that he not come.
