Great pay and benefits, coworkers want to do the best they can do even when management gets in the way. Work life balance is good, but highly dependent on who you report to
Cons
Management is disconnected, if you don't play their games you will never move in the company. Focus is entirely on bringing in people connected to the management team from previous positions rather than developing the talent they have in house. Nobody is held accountable so bad decisions and bad employees persist.
