Near-sighted management. Imports most supply chain talent from Carrier instead of developing the employees and promoting from within. Below industry average pay. 1950s view of the world. Motivation through fear. No work-life balance. Only one director in the Easton facility is female. Management that is good at shifting the blame and taking credit for the work of others. Sales team that is unable to accept any of the shortcomings as faults of their own. Organization focuses entirely too much on sales and not enough on the production/supply aspect of the business.
