      The company is growing at a fast pace and is very profitable

      Cons

      Old-Fashioned Conservative Culture, Work-Life Balance is non-existent, Headcount has not caught up to growth, Very Top Heavy (Too many managers/directors/VPs), High employee turnover, Nepotism and politics run rampant, Employee On-Boarding/ Training is minimal
