Great overall culture, I worked at corporate for 12 years and there were ups and downs but overall it was a great decision to work there! I had several amazing managers that were more like mentors. HR was pretty helpful with career development and helping. I was part of a reorg and the company actually set me up with a recruiter and did an amazing job finding me more than one role. Payroll varied dramatically week to week making it difficult to keep quality staff. We would hire part time associates to work 5-15 hours a week, which may not even get that much a week and then the very next week they would be asked to work full time hours due to floorsets, events, etc
