-you will work hours over your shift. NEVER expect to go home on time -management will often give you projects to do that should take days, but they expect it done in hours soooo you end up staying all night -you don't get a discount off sale items -Can be just incredibly disorganized -as a sales lead, I saw the way management hid things from the sales associates -like with any place with a lot of women, there's a LOT of gossip -there really is no respect. your first loyalty is to the store. I had a fever of 103 and was yelled at for calling in. -the pay is dirt and there is no commission -organizing panty tables and drawers will become the most tedious, annoying thing in your life
