Pros
Depending on your store Victoria's Secret can be a good place to work. You do get free bras and panties when a new line is launched and the people one works with can be fun. As a retail job, there are worse out there.
Cons
Victoria Secret needs some work on the corporate level. Hours are wasted doing meaningless floor sets to reorganize merchandise that was placed on the floor two week ago. Often times employees are not given real hours, but rather "on calls" where you could be working or you could not. This makes it hard to schedule your day if you have something else to do. Also if you need the hours they may not come through for you. The discount cannot be applied to sale or promotional items. Also you have to sell credit and get nothing for doing so except a pat on the back.
