Pros

A plethora of training. Good communication among co-workers. Friendly staff.

Cons

Human resources guaranteed 20 hours a week and once I started said they made a mistake. I had to get clients on my own through their system. I turned down a contract position for this job and they left me high and dry,

We’re really sorry to hear that you had such a frustrating experience as a contract provider at Vida. As with any appointment-based business, it can take time to build a load of members that gets you to the full 20 hours. While we do our best to advise our providers on ways to quickly open availability to activate new members, some schedules don’t seem to work with the hours our members request for appointments. We are committed to working on our hiring and onboarding processes so that this is experienced by fewer people and we will make sure to share this feedback with the recruiting team and the Health Coaching leads so that we can mitigate this experience by others in the future.
