      access to diverse clients and well built interface/app

      Cons

      only care about members, making money, and reputation. do not care about employees (coaches, therapists, or rds) will try to pinch an hour off timecards by timing calls to the minute and limting charting time for "productivity" sake. dehumanize their employees without regard for their lives

      Strong support from leads; able to bill in full for no shows; independent, contract work; clients can be motivated and wonderful

      very silo'd and not a lot of collaboration with other RDs; inconsistent pay due to inconsistent hours
