Pros

I have never worked for a company that treats their employees as well as Vida Health. Everyone I work with, (and I truly mean everyone), is supportive, positive, helpful, and encouraging. IE: When I was hired, it was to be a therapist in my home state. When the contract with the state fell through, Vida paid me to get licensed in other states rather than terminating my employment. In this day and age, I don't know of any other companies that would do this for their employees. The benefits at Vida are truly amazing! There is no accrual set for Vacation/PTO/Sick, etc. As a full-time employee, you are trusted to take the time you need when you need it. There are so many different levels of employment possible with this company. You would have no problems finding your "perfect fit", so to speak. I would recommend Vida Health as an employer for anyone privileged enough to receive an offer to work for them.

Cons

Nothing negative to say about this company.

Pros

Decent pay and benefits and they provide you with equipment. It's a startup so there is definitely room to grow, my supervisor had only been with the company for 2 years! It was great being part of such a community driven to help people. I liked working in the startup environment, from marketing professionals, to MDs we all could give eachother tips, encouragement, and support in a slack channel. It was great to experience the company like a community, in my last job we could only speak within our bubble of teams.

Cons

The training process was very difficult because they don't send you equipment until after you complete training. I had to download a whole CRM system on my 6 year old Mac Sequoia and my computer has never recovered. Also there can be a lot of misinformation, you'll be told one process by someone and then be critiqued by someone else that it was incorrect, needless to say sometimes instructions were not very clear. I think it would help if they extended their training beyond 1 week. I do want to specify that the person in charge of the trainees is great and very diligent, the issue is with company policy and not an indvidual.
