Pros

Been with this company for over 2 years and have seen a lot of growth, changes, some for the better and some for the worse. Most recently, the biggest shift was to change all FTEs from salaried to hourly pay, which hurts a lot of us due to inconsistent hours due to clients no-showing and rescheduling, which leaves our schedules more bare and with not enough work, we end up suffering the consequences with our pay. We also have been stripped of flexible PTO and now are on accrual basis. Thank goodness we still have our benefits, although that's still iffy if we dip below 30 hours. What was once a stable work environment, is now on shaky ground. Overall, I had a positive outlook on Vida as they are a growing company with more health offerings than ever before (prescribing now, endocrinologists on staff, musculoskeletal programs, mind/body offerings)... They are one to beat in the market place... And the ability to create your own schedule is pretty neat. I still share this outlook, yet with a bit more apprehension and fear that they no longer value their providers as they once did.

Cons

-leadership not as transparent as they claim to be -unpredictable workload -no cross-functional growth ability
