The issue beyond the ST's departure is the damaging culture fostered by the leadership. Though removing the ST as CEO was necessary, it barely touches the deep-rooted problems. The culture created by these leaders has negatively affected the entire company, causing stress and low morale. Aggressive and combative behavior from leadership undermines productivity and employee well-being. Since they have normalized these patterns, the company's culture has increased turnover and reduced work quality. Recent mass layoffs, including the loss of skilled employees, have worsened the situation, leading to a talent drain.
