Pros
Having worked for multiple brands/agencies, I can say without a shadow of a doubt, that Village has the kindest, most hard-working, lovely people, I have ever encountered. Village treats its employees with compassion, understanding, and genuine fairness. It's the only place I've ever worked where I've felt this secure and valued. You have the opportunity to learn and grow while feeling supported the entire way which is so rare. Everything from PTO to benefits to working hours is outstanding. There is just a sense of empowerment at Village that you just don't feel anywhere else and it all stems from senior leadership at the top and trickles down.
Cons
Sitting here trying to think of a con has been the hardest part of this review, which speaks volumes about the kind of environment that Village has created. Being a remote worker, the only thing I can think of is wishing I had the opportunity to meet more of the team in real life.
