Thank you for your time at Village and for taking the time to share your experience! So nice of you to give kudos to the OKC shop staff - they do a great job! We value each employee, whether they have been here 3 months or 30 years! We like to highlight our anniversaries in our weekly announcements and each employee receives an anniversary and birthday card - we love to celebrate around here! While there will always be room for improvement, we hope the part-time motorcoach operators enjoy perks such as the flexibility to drive as much or as little as they choose, annual increases, quarterly bonuses, employee events and more. Each time an employee reaches a milestone such as 5, 10, 20, 25 years with the organization, they get the opportunity to choose a nice service award gift. The longer someone has been with the company, the nicer the selection of gifts to choose from. If you desire to be in a different role, we encourage you talk with your direct Manager to explore what opportunities may be available. Because of our amazing leadership and loyal employees such as yourself, Village has grown to well over 500 employees! While the owner cannot be at all 9 locations all the time, he still makes himself accessible to every employee and visits different locations all the time so please reach out to him directly if you would ever like to! Additionally, we hope you can join the quarterly town hall meetings where the owner provides updates to all employees that choose to attend. There is also a safe traveler newsletter and a monthly newsletter that is sent to each employee every month and it highlights shout outs and kudos for employees.
