      You're supposed to write positive things here, but I would like to keep it blank. As they want me to write a few words, I can just say this- AVOID!

      Cons

      The work ambiance was terribly toxic. It was full of some lazy employees who pushed their work on others and asked them to handle brutal and exhausting workloads. It created a horrible imbalance and turned people hostile.

      Pros

      My direct supervisor was exceptional because she had to pivot in roles on the fly, yet maintained clear expectations, guidance and support for the team.

      Cons

      Company is constantly restructuring, eliminating positions yet putting the extra work on the people that remain without aligning the compensation with the increased responsibility.
