Pros
Work-Life Balance, Benefits, Pay, Moral
Cons
Nepotism, Friends get hired here who have no experience. Internal employees apply for roles within departments that they are in and are discouraged for one reason or another. The company does not lack diversity but it does in leadership. There are very few people of color in leadership roles. Friends are hired and less than a year one goes from manager to director to VP. Role requirements are changed to fit the applicant for those who leadership want in those positions such as a degree however when an internal candidate applies those are the same requirements that hindered the internal applicant from landing the position. What's good for the goose is good for the gander. If one has to have a degree so does the other. There is alot of favoritism.
