We appreciate the feedback and we're sorry that you did not have a positive experience with Village Medical---it's unfortunate because we have programs in place that address your concerns. We value nurse practitioners and physician assistants as core members of our provider care team. Our value based bonus system (in 2021) rewards both physicians and APPs on the same clinical metrics. In fact, our new team-based incentive model pairs physicians and APPs so they are focused on a shared panel of patients and receive the same incentive payment. At Village Medical we know that the path to transforming primary care will require dedicated physicians and APPs --- we need everyone working together as a team to change outcomes for patients.
