Corporate owned, only in it for the money, treat staff poorly except their favorites, no concern for good patient care.

Pros

My direct supervisor was exceptional because she had to pivot in roles on the fly, yet maintained clear expectations, guidance and support for the team.

Cons

Company is constantly restructuring, eliminating positions yet putting the extra work on the people that remain without aligning the compensation with the increased responsibility.
