Pros
The mission and underlying values of the company are spot-on and exactly what is needed in healthcare.
Cons
The organization is growing rapidly - which is great - but it comes at the cost of performance because the foundational processes and skills needed to succeed are sorely lacking. The company is trying to do too many things all at once and are not becoming proficient at critical items before moving on to the next issue. Leadership changes priorities on a monthly basis which makes "steering the boat" a very difficult thing to do when the rest of the crew is moving in a different direction. The company is in dire need of firming up the foundational aspects of the work we do and build from there - rather than the alternative of starting top-down.
