VillageMD has a great concept. The idea of moving patient care to smaller buildings and reducing wait times.

Cons

Leadership is missing. Many "Executives" in the company look to point fingers instead of accepting responsibility. General philosophy of company is focused "Me" and making name for self rather than sound business decisions.

My direct supervisor was exceptional because she had to pivot in roles on the fly, yet maintained clear expectations, guidance and support for the team.

Cons

Company is constantly restructuring, eliminating positions yet putting the extra work on the people that remain without aligning the compensation with the increased responsibility.
