      Pros

      ability to work 12hr shifts, always overtime available, able to float to other clinics. provided scrubs, great benefits, and good salary.

      Cons

      expanded quickly, causing a huge staff shortage. However, this happens everywhere in healthcare, especially since the 'Rona. I would say this is one of the few cons. Another downfall was because of the shortstaffed, there were many times that I would be the only person in the clinic. open 7 days a week 7-7, there was not much schedule flexibility.

      Pros

      My direct supervisor was exceptional because she had to pivot in roles on the fly, yet maintained clear expectations, guidance and support for the team.

      Cons

      Company is constantly restructuring, eliminating positions yet putting the extra work on the people that remain without aligning the compensation with the increased responsibility.
