Pros
New nice clinics company laptop
Cons
I don't even know where to start . I worked here for a little over 90 days and I resigned this company moving to fast to quick opening up clinics with no patients. I work in North West Indiana market. So don't let this company swiddle you in with all the brand new clinics and equipment looks nice on the outside but horrible on the inside. I experience a provider that would let it be know she was a physician assistant and pretty much be little you and made you fell like you where beneath her. Never have I had to go to hr for any company Went to HR while working here and they didn't help told me they didn't see a problem and offer me mental health consulting like I was crazy making it up. This company moving so fast that no one ever knows how to fix something and mistakes where constantly being made . My clinic saw 3 patients a week maybe on average and when we did that's when the one provider ego would just be so big headed and the other provider would order a full blood work panel poc testing for a patient that only came in for a Hurt finger . These clinics are in Walgreens so everyone thinks you are a urgent care but it's not it's primary care who does see children under 5 doesn't have there medicad credentials done doesn't people who already has a primary provider office visit 120 and no discount or sliding scale. So I say think long and hard before say yes hey it may work for you but it definitely didn't work for me and I don't recommend it before I came here I was on my last job for 7 years and wanted to go to a company with advancement opportunities I say that to say I'm not person to jump around from job to job and I resigned from here in 90 days. And in this 90 days the new clinic toilets broke the heat broke the internet and phones and fax machine went down for days and they told us to use the Hotspot on our phones. I give it a minus one star I will be surprised if they make it 3 years
