Pros

Great Benefits! Management is very supportive, definitely had my back when it came to my moms health that quickly declined. It takes A LOT for me to ask for help and they handled it better than I could have ever imagined, Thank you! Love the providers I work with at Old East Dallas

Cons

my commute to my current location getting everyone on the same page can be a bit of a task due to your normal growing pains, as we are newer to the DFW metroplex

My direct supervisor was exceptional because she had to pivot in roles on the fly, yet maintained clear expectations, guidance and support for the team.

Cons

Company is constantly restructuring, eliminating positions yet putting the extra work on the people that remain without aligning the compensation with the increased responsibility.
