Thank you for sharing so candidly. Having recently joined VillageMD to lead Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, I’m saddened to hear you had that experience. The growth the organization is experiencing is unprecedented, and we know our success will rely greatly on our ability to ensure our culture and environment allow us as individuals and as an organization to deliver at our best. To that end, we recently rolled out our new Diversity, Equity and Inclusion framework to ensure we are transparent in our goals and consistent with our progress towards them.
