Pros
I’ve been at VillageMD less than 3 months and have seen my fair share of good and bad companies in the past. I love working for VillageMD because: 1) They are patient centric 2) Tons of opportunity for growth 3) Opportunity to work with some of the smartest people 4) Very driven organization looking to promote primary care clinical outcomes 5) Very accepting and respectful of different view points
Cons
The only con is the lack of resources to do a job well done. I hate the feeling of failure but there is only so much I can do without adding to my team.
