Pros

Great staff from the D.O.'s to the MA's. Patients LOVE us there. Best job I've had in a really long time. Very busy with many different job titles

Cons

Need a raise (based on hard work and being able to afford the basics in life with the way things cost these days) but not sure who to ask, now that they have corporate (VillageMD). Only con I see is VillageMD 's waste of money on state of the art equipment. That is NOT efficient at all with our office. Just seems like a huge waste of money..

Pros

My direct supervisor was exceptional because she had to pivot in roles on the fly, yet maintained clear expectations, guidance and support for the team.

Cons

Company is constantly restructuring, eliminating positions yet putting the extra work on the people that remain without aligning the compensation with the increased responsibility.
