Village MD is opening up way too many practices without staffing. Current staff are working understaffed, no support, no extra pay for the extra work. This is a national issue.

My direct supervisor was exceptional because she had to pivot in roles on the fly, yet maintained clear expectations, guidance and support for the team.

Cons

Company is constantly restructuring, eliminating positions yet putting the extra work on the people that remain without aligning the compensation with the increased responsibility.
