I don't see any pros.

Cons

The leadership of VillageMD is horrible! It is incompetent, demanding, and unreasonable. And that should certainly discourage you from working here. Our managers are lazy and inexperienced, but they expect perfection from the employees. I'm only a medical assistant, but they expect me to know everything already.

Pros

My direct supervisor was exceptional because she had to pivot in roles on the fly, yet maintained clear expectations, guidance and support for the team.

Cons

Company is constantly restructuring, eliminating positions yet putting the extra work on the people that remain without aligning the compensation with the increased responsibility.
