the old supervisors are terrible. They do not provide any guidance. They will tell you what you do wrong with no constructive critque to better yourself. Im not sure how they landed manager roles as they do no have the skill set to do so. If new tasks are added they expect you to know how to do it with out any training. New hires from a company that sources employees from the Phillippines have no idea what they are doing so you have to do double the work and also expected to do your assigned work. Will tell you to work off sales force so that it seems as though you arent hitting the appropriate amount of cases. This company used to be great until walgreens bought it. not to mention the silly raise they give , no bonuses, no sick days , they will use your PTO even when you bring a doctors note.
