Pros

The paid time off and remote work setup are the only pros here.

Cons

Employees of VillageMD are mostly overworked due to the lack of staff. Staff members are too few compared to the number of patients that we have to deal with daily. But sadly, the leadership does not care. We've been understaffed for a long time already, but our leaders are too greedy to hire more people.

My direct supervisor was exceptional because she had to pivot in roles on the fly, yet maintained clear expectations, guidance and support for the team.

Cons

Company is constantly restructuring, eliminating positions yet putting the extra work on the people that remain without aligning the compensation with the increased responsibility.
