      Pros

      I loved working for VillageMD. Lots of work to keep you busy. Enjoyed interacting with physicians, traveling and most of all the teams I worked with. Enjoyed gaining experience I can now use at another organization.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, as we all know from the news, the money has not been coming in as hoped and Walgreens (majority investor) is looking for a way out which is affecting staffing at the company. Very sad situation and hopeful the company will come out on top of this!

      Pros

      My direct supervisor was exceptional because she had to pivot in roles on the fly, yet maintained clear expectations, guidance and support for the team.

      Cons

      Company is constantly restructuring, eliminating positions yet putting the extra work on the people that remain without aligning the compensation with the increased responsibility.
