Pros
Villanova is a wonderful place to work where people come and do not leave! The university is growing and is committed to making positive changes for both students, faculty, and staff. The university offers a lot of benefits to help promote work/life balance. Most everyone you interact with is friendly and are committed to the mission of the university.
Cons
The university is still very much an "in person" work environment, even though they recently piloted a 20% remote work policy (1 day a week) that depending on where you work is encouraged or frowned upon.
