Pros
1. People are treated with Respect and dignity. 2. People are all treated equally. 3. Friendly, compassionate, and professional. 4. People are happy and proud to be part of the Nova nation. People really LOVE Villanova and it shows through!! 5. We work and act as a community while remaining professional. 6. Not the level of the back biting, gossiping, and gross behavior that you find in some corporate america jobs. 7. For the most part 99% of the people who work here just want to do a good job. They also help coworkers do a good job. 8. The energy and enthusiasm of everyone on campus. The students, faculty and staff is amazing. 9. Warm, welcoming environment, buddy system for new employees to get familiar with the University. 10. Consistently impressed by the intelligence of everyone. 11. Alright I'll say it, it is a Catholic university but working at an Augustinian University is pretty awesome, it's good stuff. Wish Corporate America would adopt some of those values. If I hit the lottery for millions I'd still continue to work here (for free). It's that great of a place.
Cons
Parking can sometimes be a pain. Walking for food in bad weather. Our building can get cold.
