Pros
Helping clients work towards bettering their lives and situations. The ability to schedule each days appointments yourself. Getting a work phone to keep your own private and to have on you while traveling to/from appointments and meeting with clients.
Cons
Team leaders favor some clients over others and give them more support than others. Employees are taken for granted. There is so much paperwork and not enough time to complete it all. They don’t want you working overtime so it ends up coming home with you to meet the deadlines. Employees are made to work with clients they feel unsafe with after expressing their concerns and safety. There’s no accountability for what is being done while employed are out in the community meeting with clients. A lot of them don’t go and take the time for themselves then write fake notes.
