Good company, poor manager - Training Vinfen Employee Review

This particular manager creates a highly negative environment. She is only on site half time and doesn't seem to have a good grasp of what goes on when she's not there. She plays staff favorites and enforces policy inconsistently. Additionally, she is rarely present to appreciate and reward positive contributions and hard work, although is quick to cast blame for mistakes. Additionally, she simply isn't around enough to successfully lead such a large department. Such a shame---it could be very different in this department with different leadership that is constructive and growth-oriented.
