Recently licensed social workers write unrealistic treatment plans with clinical level interventions for staff who can not fluently read, write, or speak English. They are verbally abused by clients, put into dangerous situations and payed almost nothing. Lover half the staff leave each year and there is a constant staffing shortage because of this. The only thing that matters is that unskilled, poorly trained, Staff who have likely only been there for 6 months write notes to bill DMH. DMH is in on the game too. It’s a fraud and dangerous.
