Pros
I'm not micromanaged, I get to use my time how I want as long as I get everything done. Breaks and lunches are paid. Management is human, supportive, and understands mental health days. My team is full of caring individuals.
Cons
Minimal training. You are basically thrown into the chaos. Rules and boundaries with clients are wishy washy at times. Turn around time is quick, most people only last 3-6 months because they get burnt out. The work can be hard and demanding, but extremely rewarding. Since there is no micromanaging you need to learn how to pace yourself and make time for breaks.
