Pros
Decent work/life balance for most employees. Schedules are flexible. Pay is adequate but not great. You do have a sense of helping officers and soldiers when you work there.
Cons
They hire very talented people but will not allow them to use their skills once hired. The leaders of the company, who are childhood friends, feel as if they know more than anyone else when it comes to running a business. The truth is, they have never worked anywhere else and have no real world business experience. The company is run almost exclusively from the top down. Middle managers are given no authority to manage their own departments. Sales are up right now because of the sales staff, but recent decisions to take away commissions and put sales people on salary will stifle any future growth for sure. Products are unstable at best. The company constantly over promises and under delivers. They are aware that major problems exist but refuse to take the time to address them.
