Pros

Good learning place with lots responsibilities. Working harder will earn you to climb up the ladder. Working in the leading edge of technology.

Cons

Late night and weekend work was a must. Salary was not competitive with the market. Lot of work and not enough resource to complete them on time.l

Pros

Overall, the IQ level was very high per employee, many of the team members were driven to be successful and had a good idea of what was needed to grow the business.

Cons

The management team was very secretive, lacked communication skills and were focused on the technical aspects of the business as opposed to the business side of selling technology. The compensation was weak, the financial condition of the company was in question and the levels of investment for the future was weak.
