Great people who are passionate about the mission

Cons

Poor management primarily due to poor communication. Personally, I had a terrible onboard experience. No one sat me down and went over what our team does and how we fit into the bigger picture of the company. Also, be prepared to work 50+ hour work weeks with no compensation for the hours worked above 40.

Pros

People and communities are wonderful. It is a good brand to work under. Hybrid schedule is great

Cons

Zero promotion opportunities. Go get experience, but do not expect them to promote you in any way. They will only promote people they like. Brand name is only good thing. management are silo from people who are doing the actual work. VP and directors will yell at you and embarrassed you during an executive meeting.
